How long does it take to receive my Top-up?
Most orders are processed automatically and delivered within 5 to 15 minutes after payment verification. During high traffic or game server maintenance, it may take up to 30–60 minutes. If you haven’t received your credits after 1 hour, please contact our support team with your Order ID.
Is it safe to top up using my Player ID?
Yes, 100% safe. We only use official and authorized recharge channels (like Garena, Moonton, and Supercell partners). Since we only require your Player ID/UID and never ask for your password, your account remains completely secure and under your control.
What happens if I provide the wrong Player ID?
Please double-check your ID before placing an order. Digital currency is delivered instantly to the ID provided. If the ID exists and the top-up is successful, we cannot refund or retract the credits. If the ID is invalid, the order will fail, and we will contact you to correct it.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept the most popular local mobile banking methods in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All payments are secured, and you must provide the Transaction ID (TrxID) to verify your purchase.
Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Since we deal with instant digital products, orders cannot be canceled once they are “In Process” or “Completed.” Refunds are only issued if we are unable to deliver the product due to stock issues or technical errors on our end. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.
Why is my order still Pending?
An order stays “Pending” until our system verifies your payment. This usually happens if the Transaction ID (TrxID) was entered incorrectly or if there is a delay in the mobile banking SMS gateway. If your order is pending for more than 20 minutes, please send a screenshot of your payment to support@fccoinslagbe.com.
